Parish Life
Greeters
Everyone is welcome here. Every single soul—and that even goes for you!
Singers
Chanting the poetic hymns of the ancient Church is the task of our singers, who help us mingle our worship on earth with the angelic worship in paradise.
Bell Ringers
Our team of ringers regularly rehearses various tolls and peals to call people to worship, and to announce the Kingdom of God to the ends of the world.
Readers
The readers are responsible for proclaiming the words of the Prophets and the Apostles to the rest of those present, incarnating the preachers of old.
Altar Servers
Our servers are dedicated to precision, elegance, and subtlety as they minister. They are icons of the Saints surrounding the throne of God.
Produce Distribution
Throughout the warmer parts of the year, we prepare bundles of delicious produce and other foods for community members to grab drive-thru style.
Community Meal
Every month, our parishioners prepare a full, free, sit-down dinner for members of our local community to enjoy together.
Youth Education
Our Church School is overflowing with kids who not only learn about Christ, the Gospel, and creation, but who interact and have fun with close companions each week.
Adult Education
Studying the Holy Scriptures together and delving into the knowledge of the Orthodox Christian Faith is a regular part of life at this parish.
Coffee Hour
Coffee hour hosts offer more than warm drinks to parishioners; the food they serve gives way to a familial environment every weekend.
WOMEN’S GROUP
The women of Saint Innocent participate in monthly activities, including a large variety of social excursions around town, crafting, and opportunities to bake.
Men’s Group
All of the Men of the parish are invited to gather regularly for breakfasts, work days, and social events—from grilling out to throwing axes, it is a good time had by all.
Beautification Ministry
Those who contribute to the beautification ministry have an eye for the sublime—but they also possess the talent to cause such sweetness to bloom in full array.
Burial Ministry
When our faithful depart this life, a team of parishioners quietly prepare the body for burial, washing and anointing the one who has fallen asleep.
Prosphora Baking
A collection of the faithful bake beautiful loaves of bread which are offered to the Lord, and which are ultimately transformed into the Body of Jesus Christ.
Saint Juliana Ministry
Members of our parish family are always quick to reach out to those isolated or at home due to life’s circumstances, bringing the love of Jesus Christ with them.
Who We Are
